Why hasl.ink for photographers.

Every inquiry starts the same way: they found you on Instagram, tapped your bio, and either found your prices — or DMed 'what do you charge?' and ghosted before you could answer.

Portfolio front and center

Link your Pixieset, SmugMug, Format, or website galleries. Group them by genre — weddings, portraits, commercial — with drag-and-drop ordering. Best work first, always.

Booking one tap away

HoneyBook brochure, Calendly, Session, or a plain contact form — your booking flow sits directly under your portfolio. No 'link in my other link' scavenger hunt for the client.

AI answers while you shoot

You write the knowledge base once: packages, starting rates, travel policy, turnaround, gear. The AI answers inquiry questions in your voice, 24/7 — including the Saturday you're shooting a wedding.

Pricing guide that gets seen

Link your pricing PDF or page and watch the click count. If 300 people open your pricing guide and 4 inquire, the problem is the guide — now you know, instead of guessing.

QR for cards, expos, albums

Every page gets a free downloadable QR code. Put it on business cards, bridal expo banners, and the last page of delivered albums. Scans show up in analytics as their own referrer.

Know which links convert

Clicks per link, page views, device and referrer breakdown — free. On the Creator plan, geographic data shows which cities your traffic comes from, which matters when you're deciding whether to list a second service area.

AI persona chat

It answers the DMs you can't.

An eight-hour wedding day means eight hours of unanswered inquiries. The AI on your hasl.ink page answers as you — grounded in a knowledge base you write, not scraped guesses. It quotes the rates you gave it, states your turnaround, lists your gear if asked, and sends serious inquiries to your booking link. If it doesn't know, it says so and points to your contact form.

  • Rates and packages — from your numbers, never invented
  • Availability policy — 'books 6-9 months out for weddings'
  • Turnaround — 'sneak peeks in 48h, full gallery in 4 weeks'
  • Gear questions from second shooters and hobbyists
Chat with Mara — AI
Hi! What do you charge for a 6-hour wedding?
6-hour coverage starts at $2,400 and includes a second shooter and an online gallery. The full breakdown is in the pricing guide on this page. Want the link?
Are you free June 14th next year? And how long until we get photos?
I book weddings 6–9 months out and June dates go fast — the fastest way to check the 14th is the 'Book a session' link above, which shows live availability. Sneak peeks arrive within 48 hours, full galleries in 4 weeks.

Pages that turn followers into clients.

Four layouts photographers actually run — ordered by what each audience clicks first.

Wedding photographer

The booking funnel

  • Portfolio — full weddings, not just highlights
  • Pricing & packages guide
  • Check my availability (HoneyBook)
  • Reviews — Google + The Knot
  • Recent wedding — blog post
  • For planners: styled shoot inquiries

Couples check price and reviews before they inquire. Put both one tap from Instagram.

Portrait & family

The seasonal rotation

  • Fall mini sessions — 6 slots left
  • Portrait portfolio
  • What to wear guide
  • Book a full session (Calendly)
  • Client galleries (delivery links)
  • Gift cards

Swap the top link each season — minis in fall, headshots in January. Click history stays.

Commercial & product

The client-facing rate card

  • Commercial portfolio — by industry
  • Rate card & licensing terms
  • Case study — ecommerce brand
  • Book a discovery call
  • Behind the scenes — studio reel
  • Press & publications

Brands want licensing terms and proof of process. The AI fields scope questions before the call.

Event & conference

The fast-turnaround page

  • Event portfolio
  • Same-week delivery — how it works
  • Get a quote (contact form)
  • Live gallery — last event
  • QR: this page on the photo booth
  • Second shooter? Gear list here

Event clients book on speed. Put your turnaround promise above the fold and let the QR at the venue feed the page.

hasl.ink vs. Linktree vs. a naked website link.

A Linktree is a list of buttons. A website URL in your bio gets ignored. Neither answers an inquiry at 11pm.

Pain point
Linktree / bare site link
hasl.ink
'What do you charge?' DM during a shoot
Sits unread for 8 hours, client books elsewhere
AI quotes your ranges and links the pricing guide
Do people even open my pricing guide?
No idea — analytics paywalled or nonexistent
Free per-link clicks; see pricing vs portfolio vs reviews
Seasonal minis every quarter
Rebuild buttons, lose click history
Swap the top link's URL; position and history stay
Bridal expo booth traffic
Paper flyers, no follow-up data
Free QR code; scans tracked as a referrer
Page should match my editing style
Same rounded template as every other vendor
Describe the vibe, AI generates a full WCAG-checked theme

Linktree $5-$24/mo, AI chat not available at any tier

Photographer FAQ.

Galleries, booking tools, watermarks, and what the AI will and won't say.

Can I link my Pixieset, Pic-Time, or ShootProof galleries?+
Yes. Add any gallery URL as a link — your public portfolio gallery goes in a 'Portfolio' group at the top, and client proofing links can live in a separate 'Client galleries' group lower down. Each gallery link is toggleable, so when a wedding delivery expires you flip it inactive instead of deleting it. Clicks per gallery are tracked, so you can see if that styled-shoot gallery you posted actually pulls traffic.
Does hasl.ink replace my portfolio website?+
It replaces the gap between Instagram and your website. Your bio link becomes one page with portfolio, booking, pricing, and reviews — instead of a naked squarespace URL that half your followers never tap. Some photographers do run hasl.ink as their entire web presence: on the Creator plan ($15/mo) you can point a custom domain like links.yourstudio.com at it. Most keep both and let hasl.ink route traffic.
Will the AI actually quote my rates correctly?+
It answers from a knowledge base you write — your packages, starting prices, travel policy, turnaround times, gear list. It won't invent a number that isn't in there. If someone asks something you haven't covered ('do you shoot underwater?'), it says it doesn't know and points them to your contact link. You edit the knowledge base any time your pricing changes, and the AI updates instantly.
I book through HoneyBook, Calendly, or Session — does that work?+
Yes. Your scheduler or inquiry form is just a link — 'Book a session' goes straight to your HoneyBook brochure, Calendly page, Session booking flow, or contact form. hasl.ink tracks the clicks so you know how many bio visitors actually reach your booking page. The AI chat also hands off: when a visitor asks about availability, it answers from your knowledge base and sends them to the booking link to lock a date.
What about watermarks and image theft?+
hasl.ink doesn't host your galleries — your photos stay on Pixieset, Pic-Time, SmugMug, or your own site, behind whatever right-click protection, watermarking, or PIN those platforms give you. The only images you upload to hasl.ink are your avatar and an optional page background, both of which you choose deliberately. Your bio page links to protected work; it doesn't re-serve it.
How much does hasl.ink cost for photographers?+
The Free plan covers unlimited links, the QR code, 100 AI chat messages a month, and 7 days of analytics — enough to test whether the page books work. Pro is $6/mo: GPT-4o-powered chat (1,000 messages), full analytics history, and no hasl.ink badge. Creator is $15/mo and adds a custom domain plus geographic analytics, so you can see which cities your inquiries come from. Linktree charges $5 to $24 for less and has no AI.
