Why hasl.ink for coaches.

Your bio link is where prospects decide if you're a fit in 8 seconds. Make those 8 seconds book the call.

Booking-first design

Calendly, Cal.com, Acuity, SimplyBook — link your booking tool as the primary CTA above the fold. Free intro call always at position one. No scroll, no friction.

AI client FAQ chat

Trained on your niche, fees, modalities, and intake info. Answers 'do you take insurance?', 'how long are sessions?', 'what's sliding scale?' — in your voice, 24/7.

Testimonials block

Verified client quotes inline on the page — not buried on a separate testimonials route. Social proof where prospects actually see it, before they bounce.

1:1 vs group programs

Separate links for private coaching, group programs, courses, and waitlists. Prospects self-select into the right offer; each click is tracked so you see which converts.

Newsletter & lead magnet

ConvertKit, Beehiiv, Substack, MailerLite — link your newsletter or free PDF as a soft CTA for cold traffic that isn't ready to book yet. Nurture, then convert.

HIPAA-aware design

Bio pages aren't for PHI. hasl.ink keeps the page public and links out to your client portal (SimplePractice, Practice Better, TheraNest) for anything protected. Safe boundary.

Layouts that book.

Four examples of coach and therapist bio pages that turn social traffic into discovery calls.

Solo therapist

The private practice

  • Book a free 20-min intro call
  • Niche — burnout, anxiety, women in tech
  • Fees + insurance + sliding scale
  • Client portal login
  • Reviews — Psychology Today
  • Newsletter — monthly notes

HIPAA-safe. Public bio routes prospects to booking; existing clients go to the portal.

Life / business coach

The offer stack

  • Book a free strategy call
  • 1:1 coaching — apply
  • Group cohort — next start date
  • Free PDF — 'The 5-step framework'
  • Testimonials — verified
  • Podcast appearances

Tiered offer ladder — free call, 1:1, group, course. Each gets its own tracked link.

Niche / specialist

The expert positioning

  • Specialty — 'Trauma-informed somatic'
  • Book initial consultation
  • Who I work with (1-liner)
  • Methodology — short read
  • Press / speaking
  • Waitlist — currently full

For practitioners with a waitlist who need to qualify prospects, not chase them.

Group / cohort coach

The cohort funnel

  • Next cohort starts — date + spots left
  • Apply for cohort 7
  • Free masterclass — replay
  • Past cohort testimonials
  • 1:1 coaching (limited)
  • Newsletter — weekly insight

Built around cohort-based programs where urgency and social proof do the selling.

hasl.ink vs. generic Linktree.

Coaching and therapy practices have specific friction points. A list of pastel buttons doesn't solve any of them.

Pain point
Generic Linktree
hasl.ink
Prospect asks 'do you take insurance?' at 11pm
DM unanswered until tomorrow
AI answers in your voice, links to booking
Booking call is the goal, not button #6
Booking link buried in the list
Booking-first hero, free intro call above fold
Public bio next to private client work
No real boundary, easy to leak info
Public page links out to your client portal
1:1 vs group vs course — which converts?
Analytics paywalled, no per-offer breakdown
Free per-link clicks per traffic source
Testimonials credibility
External link, opens new tab, lost prospect
Inline testimonials block on the page
Niche specialty in 1 line
Hard to fit, gets cut by mobile padding
Mono font, mobile-tuned, niche front and center

Coach & therapist FAQ.

The questions practitioners actually ask before signing up.

Can I take bookings on hasl.ink?+
hasl.ink doesn't host the calendar itself — instead it links out to whatever booking tool you already use. Calendly, Cal.com, Acuity, SimplyBook, TidyCal, SavvyCal, HubSpot Meetings, Practice Better — any of them. The booking link sits at the top of your page as the primary CTA, with a clear 'Book a free intro call' button. Every click is tracked per source (Instagram, email, search) so you can see which channel actually fills your calendar.
Is hasl.ink HIPAA-compliant?+
hasl.ink is not a HIPAA-covered tool — it's a public bio page, not a place to handle PHI. Practising therapists should never put protected health information on a bio link, and hasl.ink is built so you don't have to. Use your client portal (Practice Better, SimplePractice, TheraNest) for sessions and notes; use hasl.ink as the public front door that routes prospects to your booking link and portal login. Treat it like a business card, not an EHR.
Can the AI chat answer client questions like me?+
Yes. Upload your FAQ, intake info, niche description, fees, and 'who I work with' details to the knowledge base. The AI answers in your voice: 'Do you take insurance?', 'How long are sessions?', 'What's your specialty?', 'Do you offer sliding-scale?'. It links to your booking page for anything that needs you. Cuts the repetitive DMs you'd otherwise answer between sessions — and keeps the door open at 11pm when prospects are actually looking for a coach.
How is this different from a website?+
A website is for SEO, long-form content, and people who Google you. A bio link is for the 90% of your social audience who'll never type your URL — they tap the link in your Instagram bio, decide in 8 seconds, and either book or bounce. hasl.ink is built for those 8 seconds: booking link above the fold, testimonials, one-line specialty, AI to answer the rest. Most coaches keep both — hasl.ink for the bio link, a real site for the deeper content.
Can clients pay through hasl.ink?+
Not directly — hasl.ink doesn't process payments. But you can link any payment tool: Stripe Payment Links, PayPal.me, your Calendly payment integration, your client portal's invoice flow, Gumroad for digital products, Stan Store, Teachable for courses. Each payment link is tracked so you know which offer converts from which channel.
Is hasl.ink free for coaches and therapists?+
Free during beta. No card, no per-client fee, no paywalled analytics. We may add paid tiers later if costs climb, but the core booking-first bio page, AI chat, testimonials block, and per-link analytics stay free for active beta users. No 'pro' tier hiding the metrics you actually need to run your practice.
